Before and after school care (BASC)

Como West BASC is a Not-For-Profit Centre, managed by the Como West Public School P&C association. Our school has an on-site before and after school care (BASC) service. This service operates before and after school. We also provide care during school holidays and school development days. This is known as vacation care.

At our BASC, we focus on supporting each child's growth and wellbeing. We do this through fun programs that encourage curiosity and a love for learning.

Before and after school care

Our before and after school service is available to all children who attend our school.

Hours

• Monday-Friday, 7:30-9:00 AM and 3:15-6:00 PM (during school term only).

Vacation care

Our vacation care service is available to all K-6 children.

Eligible families can apply for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to reduce out-of-pocket fees.
