Como West P.S has an outstanding reputation in dance. Each year we offer 90 students in years 1-6 the opportunity to participate in the school dance program.
There are many performance opportunities throughout the year such as Education Week at Menai Marketplace, the Regional Dance Festival, Shire Youth on Parade, KurrunullaEisteddfod, Grandparents' Day, The Big Day Out and the school's presentation assembly. Over the past couple of years, we have been also successful in gaining placement in the Schools Spectacular. For this event, 12-16 of our strongest senior dancers are selected to represent our school in this prestigious event.
